急诊胃镜检查应用于上消化道出血诊断与治疗中价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨急诊胃镜检查应用于上消化道出血诊断与治疗中的价值。 方法 回顾性分析2013年12月―2015年6月于该院消化科（该科）行胃镜检查的180例上消化道出血患者临床资料，按照检查时间段分为两组，将就诊24 h后完成胃镜检查的85例患者设为对照组即延迟胃镜，其余就诊24 h内与急诊科完成胃镜检查的95例患者设为研究组即急诊胃镜，对比两组临床具体诊治情况。 结果 研究组止血总有效率95.79%显著高于对照组78.82%，并且输血量（456.21±104.58）mL、住院时间（6.30±1.96）d及再出血（12.10±3.12）mL均比对照组少，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 急诊胃镜检查应用于上消化道出血诊断与治疗中具有积极应用价值。 　　[关键词] 急诊胃镜；上消化道出血；诊断；治疗 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（b）-0078-02 　　Value of Emergency Gastroscopy in Diagnosis and Treatment of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage 　　FANG Xiao-lin， LIANG Dong-sheng， DU Yu 　　Qinzhou Second Peoples Hospital of Guangxi Province，Qinzhou，Guangxi Province，535000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the value of emergency gastroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 180 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage receiving emergency gastroscopy in our department of our hospital from December 2013 to June 2015 were analyzed and the patients were divided into two groups according to the examination time period， 85 cases of patients finishing emergency gastroscopy after 24 h of treatment were regarded as the control group namely delayed endoscopy， the other 95 cases of patients finishing emergency gastroscopy in the emergency department after 24 h of treatment were regarded as the research group namely emergency endoscopy， the specific treatment and diagnosis conditions in clinic of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of hemostasis in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group（95.79% vs 78.82%）， and the amount of blood transfusion， length of stay and rehaemorrhagia amount were respectively（456.21±104.58）mL， （6.30±1.96）d and （12.10±3.12）mL were less than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant by comparison（P0.05）.
