中文 中文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 本文基于小城镇发展现状及小城镇生活污水处理设施不足的现状，阐述了小城 镇生活污水处理是近年水污染治理的重要内容，合理选择小城镇生活污水处理适 用技术也就至关重要。根据重庆市小城镇生活污水特点及已有污水处理厂的建设、 运行情况，选择了五种在重庆市应用较多的污水处理技术进行综合评价研究，即 好氧+人工湿地、氧化沟、人工快渗、AO 工艺和生物接触氧化，为重庆市小城镇 新建污水处理厂处理技术的选择提供参考。 在对常用综合评价方法进行比较分析的基础上，选择模糊积分法作为本文重庆 市小城镇污水处理技术综合评价的方法，在模糊积分基本原理的基础上建立了小 城镇污水处理技术的综合评价模型。 指标体系建立过程中，从技术、经济、运行管理、环境四个方面选取了污水处 理厂建设、运行中最为关心的 16 个影响重庆市小城镇污水处理技术选择的因素， 在对影响因素进行分析的基础上构建了较为完善的指标评价体系，并采用主观赋 权法（层次分析法）与客观赋权法（熵值法）相结合的方法计算各指标的指标权 重值。根据重庆市小城镇污水处理厂调查结果建立了各污水处理技术的指标数据 列。 根据模糊积分综合评价模型计算各污水处理技术的综合评价值，得到五种污水 处理技术优劣顺序为生物接触氧化工艺＞AO 工艺＞好氧+人工湿地＞氧化沟＞人 工快渗。在各指标评价值分析的基础上，认为生物接触氧化和 AO 工艺对重庆市 小规模的污水处理较为适宜；在海拔较低、土地资源丰富的地区可采用好氧+人工 湿地技术；氧化沟在污水处理达到较大规模时可以采用；不推荐采用人工快渗工 艺。 本研究的指标数据来源于重庆市小城镇实际污水处理工程，评价结果对指导重 庆市小城镇污水处理技术的选择有积极意义。 关键词：小城镇，污水处理技术，模糊积分，综合评价 英文摘 英文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT Based on the present development situation and the lack of sewage treatment facilities for small town, the article expatiates that small town sewage treatment is an important part of water pollution control in recent years, so choosing applies small towns’ sewage treatment technology is critical. According to sewage characteristics, construction and operation of sewage treatment plant, five wastewater treatment technologies which was widely used in Chongqing was selected for comprehensive evaluation, that evaluation results will provide a reasonable technical option for new sewage treatment plant in Chongqing. Five sewage treatment technologies were Aerobic Wetland, Oxidation Ditch, Constructed Rapid Infiltration, AO and Biological Contact Oxidation.
