患者对社区糖尿病社会支持服务项目感知现状及分析 　　DOI：10.16658/j.cnki.1672-4062.2017.12.191 　　[摘要] 目的 通过调查分析糖尿病患者对社区社会支持服务项目的感知现状，为保障和提高糖尿病患者生存质量提供参考。方法 自行设计调查量表对患者及其居住社区采取随机抽样调查。结果 高档社区提供的社会支持服务项目较为完善；患者对社区糖尿病社会支持服务多数项目的感知率50%；不同社区居住的患者对社会支持服务项目感知率差异有统计学意义（P0.05），高档社区患者的感知率最高。结论 患者对社区的糖尿病社会支持服务项目整体感知程度较低，感知率与其居住的社区类型有关；加强社区的社会支持服务项目建设和宣传，有利于促进患者自我管理水平和生存质量的提高。 　　[关键词] 社会支持；服务项目；糖尿病患者；社区 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）06（b）-0191-02 　　Cognitive Status and Analysis of Patients to the Social Support Service Projects of Community Diabetes 　　TANG Yu-hong1， WANG Jian-hua2， PAN Hong2 　　1.Public Health School， Zunyi Medical College， Zunyi， Guizhou Province， 563000 China；2.Management School， Zunyi Medical College， Zunyi， Guizhou Province， 563000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the cognitive status of patients to the social support service projects of community diabetes and provide reference for ensuring and improving the survival quality of diabetes patients. Methods The patients and residential communities were randomly investigated by the self-made questionnaire. Results The social support service projects provided by the high-grade community is improved， and the cognitive rate of patients to multiple social support service projects of community diabetes 50%， and there was an obvious difference in the cognitive rate to social support service projects among patients in different residential communities（P0.05）， and the cognitive rate of patients in high-grade community was the highest.
