So far, the technology of “SOTM” in our country is far left behind, However, There are many probl- ems we have to settle in the self-development of vehicle system, such as The design of the core algorithm , sensor selection and use , PID automatic control, mechanical constru- ction design and so on. In this paper, We cater to existing market demand to research t- he control performance of a low Proffle “SOTM” system. After reading a large number of relevant papers and data, The article researchs rely on the existing unmatured “SOTM” system, The research content mainly includes the a- melioration of the system structure, the optimization of existing hardware and software a- nd the improvement of system key control technology. Among them, the main task in t- he ameliorating system structure parts is increase the device and circuit for the important algorithms, in the optimizing hardware and software parts, the article optimize the algori- thms of each module as well as circuit design, finally Rotating search method will be p- resent in the improving the system key control technology parts, besides The antenna po- sitionnotation will be introduced in the conical scan algorithm,at the same time, the art- icle introduces the Roll compensation law。 Currently, The vehicle-mounted system, which has a high communication quality, ha- ve been accurately alignment satellite under the test environment of 3d motion simulation device, So the next step is install the “SOTM” system to the vehicle,then testing and i- mproving.
