And aJ most a11 the private economy adopt tàmily-owned enterprises policy. Therefore,middle and small family-owned cntcrprises have been attachcd importance among many scholars gradually. K.nowledge workers have become main ones who creating value. Knowledge workers and traditional workers have great differences in many aspectssuch as work contents and work method s,so how to manage them e的ctively and improve their job performance continuously has becom e an exlremely critical issue in human resource development and managem ent. Organizational comm itment is a very important conception in organizational behavior and human resource managem ent,and it can predict knowl edge workers job performance well. Studying the int1uence of organizational commitment on knowledge workers job pcr formance can not on1y vcri守 the validity of organizational commitment ,but also providc a ncw prospcctive to improve knowledge workersjob performance. This article firsl studied employee s organizational commitmen t and performan ce with connotation and dimension theory regarding domestic and intemational researchcrs , thcn defmed the article will l1se relatcd 1II ,、- f IV IV concepts.
