Choosing the junior high school teacher in Shanghai J school as a case study. Through questionnaire, interview, observation and other qualitative research methods, summed up the Shanghai school J junior high school teacher in charge work pressure status, and analysis of the junior high school teacher in charge work pressure forming factors, heavy work tasks, long working hours, complex student problems, multiple parental factors, work and family conflict five factors.
