Therefore, the teacher in charge work pressure of promoting stability of teacher team, teaching quality and have a very important significance. The study of work pressure ,teacher and class teacher work pressure, the teacher in charge work pressure coping research status made a comprehensive literature finishing. Combined with previous research, the preparation of the junior high school teachers job stress questionnaire, after the preliminary investigation analysis, formed a junior high school teacher job stress questionnaire. Choosing the junior high school teacher in Shanghai J school as a case study. Through questionnaire, interview, observation and other qualitative research methods, summed up the Shanghai school J junior high school teacher in charge work pressure status, and analysis of the junior high school teacher in charge work pressure forming factors, heavy work tasks, long working hours, complex student problems, multiple parental factors, work and family conflict five factors. And junior high school teacher in charge work stress coping strategies, mainly has three aspects of teacher individual coping and organizational management of school, social support. This article in view of the existing problems, from the government and society, school, class teacher presents some suggestions to reduce the feasibility of teacher in charge work pressure.
