W hat is more, through the exp erience data since the reform and op en ing of Ch ina, the emp irical re search find s that the free flow degree at hom e and tran snational ou tflow of the talen ts is negative correlation. A t a re su lt, the emp irical re search is con sisten t w ith the theoretical analysis.
