On account of China`s culture background, reform principle, the existing organization framework and supervision system, synchronized in the evolution of relations between state and society, corporatism has been the main theory. Based on group-orientation, however, corporatism is only viewed as structural concept cannot grasp the real interest representation process. Meanwhile, clientelism can make up the shortfall and can coexist with corporatism. Based on the logic, this study hypothesizes a new modal called for clientelistic corporatism, which integrate corporatism and clientelism. In modal of clientelistic corporatism, corporatism is the main institution and clientelism exists as an addendum to corporatism. This refer to an interest representation system in which social group are organized in a corporate framework- strong state is necessary and grant social group a deliberate representational monopoly w
