恩替卡韦联合自制乙肝2号治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察 　　【摘要】目的?^察恩替卡韦胶囊联合自制乙肝2号溶液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选择2015年10月～2016年10月经临床和实验室检查确诊的100 例慢性乙型肝炎患者，采用随机数字表分为两组，对照组50例在常规治疗基础上加用恩替卡韦胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予口服自制乙肝2号溶液，两组疗程均为1年，对比观察两组肝功能、肝纤维化指标和超声影像学指标、HBeAg阴转率等情况。结果治疗前两组的肝功能（ALT、AST、TBil、ALB）比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后，两组的TBil、ALT、AST、ALB均较治疗前显著改善（P0.05），治疗后，两组的HA、LN、ⅣC、PCⅢ均较治疗前显著改善（P0.05）。结论恩替卡韦联合自制乙肝2号治疗慢性乙型肝炎，能够显著改善患者的肝功能，减轻肝纤维化程度，有效提高HBeAg转阴率，值得临床应用和进一步研究。 　　【关键词】恩替卡韦；自制乙肝2号；慢性乙型肝炎 　　中图分类号：R256.4文献标识码：ADOI：10.3969/j.issn2018.02.010 　　Clinical observation of entecavir combined with selfmade 　　hepatitis B 2 in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B 　　HUANG Wenzhu1，DENG Yaoze1，HUANG Da2，ZENG Yanlan1，ZHAO Danli1 　　（1.Department of Infectious Diseases，2.Digestive Department，People’s Hospital of Jingxi，Jingxi 533800，China） 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of entecavir capsule combined with selfmade hepatitis B 2 in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods100 patients who were diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B by clinical and laboratory examination from October，2015 to October，2016 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The control group （n=50） were treated with entecavir capsules on the basis of conventional treatment，and the observation group were given oral selfmade hepatitis B 2 solution on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 1 year.And then，liver function，liver fibrosis index，ultrasound imaging index，HBeAg negative conversion rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference in liver function （ALT，AST，TBil and ALB） between the two groups before treatment（P0.05）.After treatment，the TBil，ALT，AST and ALB of the two groups significantly improved while comparing with those before treatment（P0.05）.After treatment，the HA，LN，ⅣC and PCⅢ of the two groups significantly improved（P0.05）.ConclusionEntecavir combined with selfmade hepatitis B 2 in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B c
