重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 I I 摘 要 当代科学技术发展日新月异，创新成为推动经济社会发展的主导力量，科学 技术在解决人类可持续发展的一系列重大问题上发挥着日益重要的作用。各国政 府，都十分重视区域自主创新能力的培养，将其视为“驾驭 21 世纪经济发展的强 大支柱”，纷纷制定了发展区域自主创新能力的规划及指导计划。 本论文从区域创新环境、区域创新基础等角度全面的分析了重庆市区域自主 创新能力；在对现状分析的基础上构建了区域自主创新能力评价指标体系，并运 用灰色关联理论将重庆市与国内七个典型省市进行比较。结果显示虽然重庆市区 域自主创新能力取得巨大进步，但在全国仍然处于较低水平，在此基础上，文章 结合重庆市的实际情况有针对性的提出了重庆市区域自主创新能力提升的策略； 最后为保障相关策略的有效执行，有针对性的提出了政策建议。 关键字：自主创新，区域自主创新能力 ，提升策略 重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 II II ABSTRACT Modern science and technology is developing rapidly, and innovation is becoming the dominant power to promote economic and social development, science and technology is playing an increasingly important role in solving a series of major issues about human sustainable development . Governments in every country attaches great importance to regional autonomy of cultivating innovation skills, it is regarded as the the powerful pillar that control the economy of the 21st century, they have formulated the project and guidance plan about the development of regional innovation capacity. The paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the independent innovation ability in Chongqing from the angle of regional innovative environment and regional innovation basis .On the basis of analysis of the status of regional self-directed innovation capability, the paper constructs evaluation index system. It compares Chongqing with domestic seven typical provinces with grey relational theory. The results show that although the independent innovation ability in Chongqing has made a great progress, but the level is still low. On this basis, the paper proposes some targeted suggestions about the regional ability of independent innovation combining with the actual situation of Chongqing. Finally, put forward some policy suggestions in order to ensure the effective implementation.
