万方数据万方数据浙江工业大学硕士学位论文中国经济增长转型路径分析——基于技术差距和人力资本的探讨浙江工业大学硕士学位论文中国经济增长转型路径分析——基于技术差距和人力资本的探讨中国经济增长转型路径分析 —— 基于技术差距和人力资本的探讨摘要中国目前的人均 GDP 刚刚超过美国的 20%，相当于上世纪 60 年代“亚洲四小龙”的经济水平，那么如何继续维持高速经济增长是中国在今后能否追赶发达国家的关键问题。本文主要探讨中国经济转型过渡阶段的路径分析，以已有的经济增长理论为基础，运用 Nancy Stocky(2012)发展中国家经济增长模型，以技术差距和相对人力资本积累的经济政策权衡来分析发展中国家经济过渡转型阶段的增长现象；将已有的模型结论证明目前中国拥有较大的国外技术引进空间和国内较高的人力资本水平；并将技术差距和相对人力资本通过影响 TFP 的增长引入多元回归模型来拟合中国经济增长（1960-2011）并预测 2012-2025 年中国经济增长率，发现中国通过缩小技术差距的增长速度远远大于通过提高人力资本水平的增长速度。关键词：技术差距，相对人力资本，后发优势，经济转型 I 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文浙江工业大学硕士学位论文中国经济增长转型路径分析——基于技术差距和人力资本的探讨 Transition Mechanism of China’s Growth —Based on Technology Gap and Human Capital Abstract Recently, China’s per capita GDP just surpassed 20% of that of the United States, which equivalent to the level of the Asian four dragons in 1960s, so how to continue to maintain rapid economic growth is the key issues for China to catch up with the developed countries in the future. This paper focuses on the transmission mechanism of economic growth in China based on the economic growth theory, particularly using Nancy Stocky (2012) model to study the interaction between technology gap and relative human capital in the developing countries. We can use to prove that there is substantial potential of rapid economic growth in china, by closing the country’s huge technology gap and high relative high human capital requirements via increasing TFP growth rate. We then put these variables into the model to explain the rapid growth rate in china during the period 1960-2011 and predict the growth rate during 2012-2022. The results indicate that rapid growth will happen in china in the following 10 years just lower the technology inflow barrier while keep the high human capital level.
