心理干预在头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间应用研究 　　摘要：目的 探讨心理干预在头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间的应用效果。方法 选择2015年10月～2016年12月在我医院肿瘤科进行头颈部肿瘤放射治疗的患者83例， 按照随机数字的方法分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组42例，观察组41例。对照组患者采用常规的护理干预方法，观察组患者使用心理干预的手段，对治疗的效果进行对比。结果 经过干预后，观察组患者的抑郁和焦虑自评量表的得分均出现了下降，而且在SF-36量表的各个维度中的分数除“躯体疼痛”之外，均出现了显著的增高，以上数据差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05），对照组患者在以上项目的得分均未出现显著变化。结论 对头颈部肿瘤患者在化疗期间使用心理干预，可以显著缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁的负性情绪，改善患者的生活质量，值得在临床范围内进行推广。 　　关键词：心理干预；头颈部肿瘤；疼痛 　　中图分类号：R739.91；R473.73 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1959（2017）23-0142-02 　　Application of Psychological Intervention in Radiotherapy of Head and Neck Cancer Patients 　　LI Ping-ying 　　（Department of Radiation Oncology，Nanchang 334 Hospital，Nanchang 330024，Jiangxi，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on radiotherapy of head and neck cancer patients.Methods 83 patients with head and neck tumor radiotherapy were enrolled in the Department of oncology from October 2015 to December 2016.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method.There were 42 cases in the control group and 41 cases in the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention，and the patients in the observation group were treated with psychological intervention to compare the effect of the treatment.Results After the intervention，the scores of depression and anxiety self-rating scale in the observation group decreased，and the scores in the various dimensions of the SF-36 scale were significantly higher than those ofsomatic pain， The above data were statistically significant（P0.05），the control group of patients in the above items did not show significant changes in the score. Conclusion The use of psychological intervention in patients with head and neck cancer can significantly relieve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression in patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy to be popularized in the clinical scope. 　　Key words：Psychological intervention；Head and neck
