影响动脉瘤复发因素分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察分析影响动脉瘤复发的因素。方法 方便选择2013年12月―2015年11月在该院进行采用颅内弹簧圈栓塞术治疗后复发患者120例作为研究对象（研究组），并选取同期在该院进行同样治疗的未复发患者120例作为对照研究对象（对照组），对两组患者的多项资料进行对比分析，并对评价指标内容进行统计分析。结果 研究组动脉瘤位置（主干M1段79例、主干第一级分叉39例、主干第二级分叉2例）、动脉瘤大小（直径）（25 mm 72例）、动脉瘤破裂（98例）、栓塞方式（支架联合24例、单弹簧圈96例）、栓塞结果（Ⅰ级43例、Ⅱ级52例、Ⅲ级25例）与对照组比较动脉瘤位置（主干M1段16例、主干第一级分叉97例、主干第二级分叉7例）、动脉瘤大小（直径）（25 mm 12例）、动脉瘤破裂（67例）、栓塞方式（支架联合61例、单弹簧圈59例）、栓塞结果（Ⅰ级79例、Ⅱ级32例、Ⅲ级9例）。两组进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P25 mm）、动脉瘤出现破裂、使用单弹簧圈进行栓塞、栓塞后结果（Ⅲ级）。 　　[关键词] 动脉瘤；复发因素；颅内弹簧圈 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）01（b）-0100-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the influence factors of recurrence of aneurysm. Methods 120 cases of recurrent patients with intracranial guglielmi detachable coils in our hospital from December 2013 to November 2015 were selected as the research objects （research group）， and 120 cases of patients without recurrence by the same therapy in our hospital were commodiously selected as the control group， and the multiple data were compared and analyzed， and the evaluation indexes were statistically analyzed. Results The aneurysm site （trunk M1 segment 79 cases， trunk first-class branch 39 cases and trunk second-class branch 2 cases）， aneurysm size （diameter） （ 25 mm 72 cases）， aneurysm rupture （ 98 cases ）， embolism way （ stent 24 cases， single spring ring 96 cases）， embolism results （level Ⅰ 43 cases， level Ⅱ 52 cases and level Ⅲ， 25 cases ） in the research group， and in the control group， the aneurysm site （trunk M1 segment 16 cases， trunk first-class branch 97 cases and trunk second-class branch 7 cases）， aneurysm size （diameter） （ 25 mm 12 cases）， aneurysm rupture （67 cases ）， embolism way （ stent 61 cases， single spring ring 59 cases）， embolism results （level Ⅰ 79 cases， level Ⅱ 32 cases and level Ⅲ 9 cases ）， and the differences were statistically significant（P 25 mm）， aneurysm rupture， single spring coil for embolism and embolism results （level Ⅲ）. 　　[Key words] Aneurysm； Recurrence factor； Intracranial spr
