心理护理改善老年冠心病患者负面情绪效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析心理护理在老年冠心病患者负面情绪中的效果。 方法 将我院2013年5月～2014年5月90例老年冠心病患者作为本次的实验对象，并按照随机的方式将其进行分组（常规组和心理护理组），常规组给予冠心病的一般性护理，心理护理组在此基础上加入了针对性的心理干预，比较两组的护理效果和满意度。 结果 心理护理组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均低于常规组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；心理护理组的满意度为100.00%，高于常规组的86.67%，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在老年冠心病患者的护理工作中加入有效的心理护理，能够极大地改善患者的负性情绪，有助于促进疾病的康复。 　　[关键词] 老年冠心病；心理护理；焦虑；抑郁 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2016）09-106-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of psychological care on negative emotions in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 90 elderly patients with coronary heart disease from May 2013 to May 2014 in my hospital were considered as this experimental object，who were divided into routine group and psychological nursing group according to the random way.The routine group received general nursing of coronary heart disease， while the psychological nursing group received the targeted psychological intervention based on the former nursing. The care effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The anxiety and depression scores of the psychological care group were lower than those of the routine group， the differences of the two groups were significant（P0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the psychological nursing group was 100.00%， which was higher than the 86.67% of the routine group， there were significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Adding an effective psychological nursing on the nursing work of elderly patients with coronary heart disease could greatly improve the patients negative emotions and help to promote the rehabilitation of the disease. 　　[Key words] Elderly coronary heart disease；Psychological care；Anxiety；Depression 　　冠心病是老年人高发疾病，在患者的治疗期间，因为受到疾病的折磨，患者承受着很大的痛苦，加上冠心病的死亡率较高，因此患者往往存在一些负性情绪。而这些不良情绪会对疾病造成进一步的刺激，降低治疗的效果，甚至加重病情，甚至引发猝死[1]。因而对于老年冠心病患者的心理进行干预是减轻患者负性情绪的必要手段，对此，我院开展了关于老年冠心病心理护理的研究，以为患者提供更好的服务，总结如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　实验对象选取我院2013年5月～2014年5月老年冠心病患者90例，分组方式为随机数字分组法，常规组中45例，心理护理组中45例。常规
