探究血样采集器在采集血透患者透前多试管血标本中优势 　　摘要：目的：探讨两种采血方式在采集血透患者透前多试管血标本的效果，为提高血透室护士采血效率提供参考。方法：将32位血透患者随机分成对照组和实验组，对照组使用传统的注射器采血方法，实验组使用动静脉内瘘血样采集器，比较透前两种采血方式的效率、血源性污染率、护士对采血操作的满意度。结果：实验组采血所需时间比对照组少（P0.01），实验组的血源性污染率高于对照组（P0.05），护士对实验组的采血方法的满意度高于对照组（P0.01），统计学有显著差异。结论：采集血透患者透前多试管血标本时，使用动静脉内瘘血样采集器比一次性使用无菌注射器采血更简便、更安全、护士满意度更高。 　　Abstract： Objective： To explore the effect of collecting multi-tube blood specimen of two blood sampling methods before the hemodialysis of blood dialysis patients and provide reference for nurses in hemodialysis room to improve efficiency of drawing blood. Methods： 32 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group uses the traditional syringe blood sampling method， and the experimental group uses arteriovenous fistula blood sample collector. Compare the efficiency， blood pollution rate and nurses satisfaction to blood collection operation of the two methods of blood sampling. Results： The time of blood sampling in the experimental group is less than that of the control group （P0.01）， the blood pollution rate of experimental group is higher than that of the control group （P0.05）， the nurses satisfaction degree of experimental group is higher than that of the control group （P0.01）， the significant differences in statistics are between them.
