护理干预模式对新生儿颅内出血护理效果探究   【摘要】 目的:分析和探讨护理干预模式在新生儿颅内出血护理中的应用方法和效果。方法:选择2014年1月-2016年12月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的颅内出血新生儿46例,采用随机数字表法分成观察组(n=23)和对照组(n=23)。对照组行常规护理,在此基础上观察组应用护理干预模式进行护理。对两组并发症发生率、行为能力评分合格率进行观察和对比。结果:观察组并发症发生率为21.74%,显著低于对照组的56.52%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。护理7 d时,观察组能力评分合格率为73.91%,显著高于对照组的47.83%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。护理14 d时,观察组行为能力评分合格率为86.96%,显著高于对照组的69.57%,差??有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在颅内出血新生儿的护理中应用护理干预模式,可减少并发症的发生,促进行为能力的提升,具有较高的应用价值。   【关键词】 护理; 干预模式; 新生儿; 颅内出血; 效果   doi:10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.32.056 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805(2017)32-0111-02   The Effect Exploration of Nursing Intervention Model on Neonatal Intracranial Hemorrhage/HU Lianxiang,QIU Huajin.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research,2017,15(32):111-112   【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention model on neonatal intracranial hemorrhage.Method:46 cases of neonates with intracranial hemorrhage treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=23) and control group(n=23).The control group was treated with routine nursing care.On this basis,the observation group was treated with nursing intervention mode.The incidence of complications and behavioral competency scores were observed and compared.Result:The incidence of complications in the observation group was 21.74%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(56.52%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The qualified rate of the observation group was 73.91%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(47.83%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The qualified rate of the observation group was 86.96%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention model can be used in nursing care of intracranial hemorrhage neonates,which can reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the improvement of behavioral ability,and
