老年股骨颈骨折患者全髋关节置换手术前后血清Leptin、TNF―α、IL―6水平的变化及临床意义 　　[摘要]目的 探讨老年股骨颈骨折患者全髋关节置换手术前后血清瘦素（Leptin）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平的变化及临床意义。方法 选择2015年1月～2016年6月在佳木斯骨科医院手术治疗的56例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为观察组，选择同期的50例健康老年人作为对照组，测定两组全髋关节置换手术前及手术后第1、3、7、14天血清Leptin、TNF-α、IL-6水平的变化。结果 老年股骨颈骨折患者血清Leptin、TNF-α、IL-6水平较正常老年人明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。手术后第1、3、7天的血清Leptin、TNF-α、IL-6水平逐渐升高，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 血清Leptin、TNF-α、IL-6水平升高参与了老年股骨颈骨折损伤及手术早期的急性创伤性炎症反应，并参与了术后骨折愈合的骨重建。 　　[关键词]老年股骨颈骨折；瘦素；肿瘤坏死因子-α；白细胞介素-6 　　[中图分类号] R683.42 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（a）-0098-03 　　Changes of the level of serum Leptin，TNF-α and IL-6 and its clinical significance in the aged patients with femoral neck fracture before and after total hip replacement 　　LI Liang-qi ZHAO Chong-hai WANG Hai-tao CHAI Guo-lu 　　Department of the First Orthopaedy，Orthopaedy Hospital of Jiamusi City in Heilongjiang Province，Jiamusi 154002，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the level changes of serum Leptin，TNF-α and IL-6 and its clinical significance in the aged patients with femoral neck fracture before and after total hip replacement.Methods 56 cases of aged patients with femoral neck fracture who were treated by operation in Jiamusi Orthopaedy Hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group，at the same period，50 normal aged individuals were selected as the control group.The serum levels of Leptin，TNF-α and IL-6 were measured in the control group and in the observation group before operation and at the 1st，3nd，7th，14th d after total hip replacement.Results The serum levels of Leptin，TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly higher in aged patients with femoral neck fracture than that the normal aged individuals，the differences were statistically significant （P0.01）.The serum levels of Leptin，TNF-α and IL-6 were increased grandually at the 1st，3nd，7th d after total hip replacement in the aged patients with femoral neck fracture，the differences were statistically significant （P0.01）.Conclusion The high levels o
