西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 城市公共自行车使用研究 -以历史街区与再造历史街区路网为例 专业：交通运输规划与管理 硕士生：马静 指导教师：王秋平教授 摘要 城市交通机动化的发展带来了日益严峻的交通和环境问题，随着这些问题的 逐渐加剧，绿色交通逐渐被人们所重视。作为绿色交通的一个重要组成部分，自 行车因其低碳环保、机动灵活的特点重新进入人们视线。继公共自行车系统在国 外许多国家得到了较好的实施之后，我国许多城市目前也在大力发展公共自行车 系统。公共自行车系统能较好地解决中短距离出行和接驳换乘的交通需求，是提 高城市交通运行效率和减少环境污染的有效途径。 论文首先从公共自行车的功能定位和其所带来的环境社会效益两个方面进行 分析，并且以历史街区为背景，从道路条件、公交系统辐射范围和交通发展与历 史风貌保护之间的矛盾三个方面探讨公共自行车在历史街区的适用性。同时设计 历史街区出行方式调查问卷，在调查数据的基础上，分析历史街区出行方式的特 点及出行者对于公共自行车的接受程度。 其次，分析影响公共自行车租借行为的因素，建立公共自行车需求预测模型。 利用公共自行车的周转率和停车桩的周转率对公共自行车租赁点建设初期的自行 车以及停车桩数量进行规模预测；并建立灰色马尔可夫模型，探讨租赁点远期规 模预测的方法。 再次，论文明确了租赁点规划的基本思路，分析租赁点选址的影响因素及原 则，将最大覆盖模型应用到公共自行车租赁点选址中，建立以租赁点所覆盖的人 口期望最大化为目标的选址优化模型。求解模型，得到租赁点选址规划方案。 最后，通过对公共自行车调度问题的实际情况考察，分析现如今公共自行车 调度问题产生的原因和存在的问题，提出公共自行车调度量和最佳调度时间的确 定方法。并以成本最小为目标建立带模糊时间窗的车辆调度路径优化模型，运用 实际算例，借助 matlab 编程实现蚁群算法，求得最优调度方案。 关键词：公共自行车；历史街区；需求预测；站点选址；调度 基金项目：国家自然科学基金（NO 论文类型：应用研究 Study on the Use of Urban Public Bike -Taking Historical District and Reconstructing Historical District Road Network As the Example Major: Transportion PlanningManagement Master: Ma Jing Supervisor: Prof.Wang Qiu-ping Abstract The development of urban traffic motorization have brought increasingly serious traffic and environmental problems, as these problems gradually increased, the green transportation is paid great attention by people.
