城乡一体化背景下苏州新农村社区体育发展现状与对策研究 中文摘要 中文摘要 国家“十二五”时期是我国建设体育强国的重要时期，重视社会事业发展、 完善公共服务体系的战略部署，为体育事业发展提供了重要机遇和广阔空间。但 广大人民群众日益增长的体育需求和社会体育资源相对不足之间的矛盾，仍然是 我国体育事业发展中的主要矛盾。特别是在群众体育领域中公共体育服务、体育 场地设施建设、组织体系、科学健身指导等诸多方面与广大人民群众需求存在较 大差距，已经成为我国在建设体育强国过程中的基础性薄弱环节。 而随着城乡一体化的不断深入，悄然出现的新型农村社区，是用城市社区的 标准和理念进行建设和改造农村，以公共服务均等化和现代化产业体系覆盖和支 撑农村，它不再是传统意义的农村，而是城市生活的“简易读本”，是现代城市的 “缩微版本”，其发展关系到我国群众体育发展全局，是我国群众体育发展进程中 的一个重点，更是一个难点，是制约我国群众体育发展的“瓶颈”。因此，发展农 村社区体育对我国的全民健身及经济社会发展意义重大。 本文运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析、数理统计等研究方法，对苏州市 农村社区体育活动的现状进行调查和分析，较为客观地反映出苏州市农村社区体 育活动的现状，从而挖掘其值得推广的成功经验，摒弃不足，为积极构建和谐社 会视角下社会主义新农村社区体育发展提供决策依据。 主要结论如下：（1）体育活动场地形式多样且较为完善，器械存在老化、损 坏和利用率失调现象。（2）体育活动管理体制以社区体育协会和社区体育活动点 在数量和质量上尤为突出，但农村社区组织存在计划性较弱，执行力不高等薄弱 环节。（3）经常参加或偶尔参加体育活动人数近8成，女性较男性多出15个百分点， 社区健身广场、活动室为主要场地；组织形式以独自锻炼、家人朋友一起居多， 略显单一；活动项目对场地器材要求不高，简单易行项目颇受欢迎，差异性明显； 体育消费意识普遍偏低，但潜在消费人群居多。（4）对体育锻炼认知更多侧重健 康需求的满足，水平尚低，缺乏对陶冶情操、提高修养等更高层次追求上的理解。 关键词：苏州市；农村社区体育；现状研究 作 者：崔志翔 指导教师：张宏成 I II 英文摘要 城乡一体化背景下苏州新农村社区体育发展现状与对策研究 Under the integration of urban and rural background Rural Community Sports Development Situation and Countermeasures of Suzhou Abstract Until National 2011 to 2015 period is an important period for Chinas construction of a sports power，emphasis on social development，improve public service system strategic plan for sports development provides an important opportunity and vast space.
