腹腔镜探查在胃肠外科急诊中的应用效果及安全性评价 　　[摘要]目的 探讨腹腔镜探查在胃肠外科急诊中的应用效果及安全性。方法 选取2013年6月～2016年6月我院收治的156例胃?c外科急诊患者，随机分为研究组（75例）和对照组（81例）。对照组采取传统的剖腹探查术，研究组采取腹腔镜探查技术，观察记录并对比两组患者的术后并发症发生率、住院天数、术后开始下床活动时间、术中失血量以及手术时间等。结果 研究组的并发症发生率为4.00%，显著低于对照组的13.58%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 腹腔镜探查技术在胃肠外科急诊中的应用安全、有效，并发症发生率低，具有临床推广价值。 　　[关键词]腹腔镜探查；胃肠外科急诊；应用效果；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R656.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（b）-0030-03 　　Application effect and safety evaluation of laparoscopic exploration in emergency treatment in gastrointestinal surgery department 　　GAO Heng-ling LYU Xu-kun LI Shu-liang LI Pei-zhe ZHANG Jian-xian 　　Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery，the Second People′s Hospital of Liaocheng City in Shandong Province，Linqing 252600，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application efficacy and safety of laparoscopic exploration in emergency treatment in gastrointestinal surgery department.Methods A total of 156 patients admitted into our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the research group （75 cases） and the control group （81 cases）.In the control group，patients were performed with traditional laparotomy for exploration.In the research group，the laparoscopic exploration was applied.The incidence of postoperative complications，hospital stay，time to get out of bed after surgery，intraoperative blood loss，and operation time were observed，recorded，and compared in the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the research group was 4.00%，which was significantly lower than that in the control group accounting for 13.58%，with a statistical difference （P0.05）.Conclusion The application of laparoscopic exploration in the emergency of gastrointestinal surgery is safe，and effective in a low incidence of complications，which has a clinical value for promotion. 　　[Key words]Laparoscopic exploration；Emergency treatment in gastrointestinal surgery department；Application effect；Safety 　　腹腔镜技术的应用涉及到普通外科、泌尿外科、妇科、小儿外科等多个科室，而随着其实践经验及操作技术的
