腹腔镜治疗复杂性和非复杂性阑尾炎的疗效分析 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.09.063 　　[摘要] 目的 探究复杂性和非复杂性阑尾炎患者通过腹腔镜治疗后取得的临床成效。方法 随机选取该院2015年1月―2016年6月入院的复杂性阑尾炎患者40例（复杂组），并选取同期非复杂性阑尾炎患者40例（非复杂组）。两组患者均通过腹腔镜技术进行治疗。针对临床治疗有效率，平均手术时间、住院治疗及卧床恢复时间、不良反应发生情况，对两组患者进行对比分析。 结果 在临床治疗效果方面，非复杂组治疗总有效率（95.0%）与复杂组（90.0%）相比差??无统计学意义（P0.05）；在平均手术时间、住院治疗及卧床恢复时间方面，复杂组患者均明显高于非复杂组患者（P0.05）。结论 复杂性和非复杂性阑尾炎患者通过腹腔镜治疗后取得的临床成效均较显著，具有较高治疗效果的同时，不良反应发生率均较低，但在手术时间、住院治疗及卧床恢复时间方面，复杂性阑尾炎患者明显长于非复杂性阑尾炎患者。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜；复杂性阑尾炎；非复杂性阑尾炎；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R65 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（c）-0063-03 　　Analysis of Curative Effect of Abdominal Speculum in Treatment of Complicated and Uncomplicated Acute Appendicitis 　　YIN Deng-gui 　　Department of General Surgery， Lufeng People’s Hospital， Lufeng， Yunnan Province， 651200 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical curative effect of abdominal speculum in treatment of complicated and uncomplicated acute appendicitis.
