肌内效贴联合针刺治疗肩周炎临床观察 　　【摘 要】目的：观察肌内效贴联合针刺治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组运用针刺治疗及常规康复训练，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用肌内效贴治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周后肩痛疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、 　　Constant-Murley（CMS）评分。结果：治疗2周后，2组患者VAS评分较治疗前明显改善（P lt; 0.05），但组间比较差异无统计学意义（P gt; 0.05）;治疗4周后，2组VAS评分较治疗前明显下降（P lt; 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P lt; 0.05）。治疗2周及4周后，2组CMS评分较治疗前均提高（P lt; 0.05），且治疗组较对照组提高更明显（P lt; 0.05）。2组治疗过程均无明显不良反应。结论：肌内效贴联合针刺治疗可显著提高肩周炎临床疗效。 　　【关键词】 肩周炎;肌内效贴;针刺;临床疗效 　　Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis with Kinesiology Combining Acupuncture 　　CUI Chao-wei，LI Chun-xia，JI Cheng-mao，CHEN Hai-cheng，ZHOU Li-ping，FAN Ming-lu 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To observe the clinical effect of kinesiology combined with acupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods：Eighty patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group，forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and routine rehabilitation training，while the treatment group was treated with kinesiology on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Shoulder pain score（VAS score）and Constant-Murley score（CMS）were observed respectively before treatment，2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment for both groups.Results：After two weeks of treatment，the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved（P lt; 0.05）， 　　but there was no significant difference between the groups（P gt; 0.05）.After four weeks of treatment，the VAS scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment（P lt; 0.05），and the treatment group was better than the control group（P lt; 0.05）.After two and four weeks of treatment，the CMS scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment（P lt; 0.05），and the treatment group was more significantly improved than those of the control group（P lt; 0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the 2 groups.Conclusion：Kinesiology combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the clinica
