膀胱肿瘤电切术与部分膀胱切除术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的效果对比观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探?膀胱肿瘤电切术与部分膀胱切除术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的效果对比，为临床治疗膀胱肿瘤提供依据。方法：选取2014年1月-2016年1月本院收治的非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者54例作为研究对象，根据手术名称将患者分为电切组和常规组，每组27例。电切组患者采用电切术治疗，常规组患者实施部分膀胱切除法治疗，比较两组患者的术中情况、术后并发症与身体各项指标。结果：电切组患者术中出血量明显少于常规组，手术时间、手术后导尿管留置时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、住院时间均短于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。电切组患者术后并发症发生率为11.1%，低于常规组患者的40.7%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤能够有效减少患者术中出血量及并发症，缩短手术时间、住院时间等，有助于促进患者早日康复。 　　【关键词】 非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤； 膀胱肿瘤电切术； 治疗效果 　　Comparison of the Effects of Electrocision of Bladder Tumor and Partial Resection of the Bladder in the Treatment of Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Tumor/YAN Rui，RUAN Xing-ju，LI Zong-feng.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（03）：049-052 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the effect of electrocision of bladder tumor and partial resection of the bladder in the treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder tumor，and to provide basis for clinical treatment of bladder tumor.Method：Fifty-four patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as research subjects，the patients were divided into two groups according to the operation name，the electrosection group and conventional group，27 cases in each group.The electrosection group was treated with electrosurgical excision and partial cystectomy was performed on patients in conventional group，the operation condition，postoperative complications and physical indexes were compared between the two groups.Result：The amount of blood loss during the operation of electrosection group was significantly less than that in conventional group，and the time of operation，the time of catheter retention，the time of bladder flushing，the hospital stays all were shorter than those of conventional group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The postoperative complication rate of electrosection group was 11.1%，significant lower than 40.7% in conventional group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The elec
