探讨老年单纯性皮肤瘙痒症应用复方甘草酸苷联合他克莫司治疗临床疗效 　　【摘要】 目的 观察临床采用复方甘草酸苷联合他克莫司对老年单纯性皮肤瘙痒症患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法 200例老年单纯性皮肤瘙痒症患者， 随机分为联合组与对照组， 各100例。联合组给予复方甘草酸苷联合他克莫司治疗， 对照组给予他克莫司治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后瘙痒分数与治疗后临床效果。结果 联合组患者治疗后临床有效率为93.0%， 高于对照组的80.0%， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后联合组瘙痒、继发皮损评分均明显低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 复方甘草酸苷联合他克莫司治疗老年单纯性皮肤瘙痒症， 可消除或明显缓解患者的瘙痒症状， 缓解患者的痛苦， 提升患者的生活质量， 与他克莫司治??老年单纯性皮肤瘙痒症比较效果较佳， 值得在临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 复方甘草酸苷；他克莫司；老年单纯性皮肤瘙痒症；治疗；效果 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.18.057 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of elderly patients with simple skin pruritus. Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with simple skin pruritus were randomly divided into combined group and control group， with 100 cases in each group. The combined group received compound glycyrrhizin combined with tacrolimus for treatment， and the control group received tacrolimus for treatment. Comparison were made on itch score before and after treatment and clinical effect after treatment in two groups. Results The combined group had higher clinical effective rate after treatment as 93.0% than 80.0% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. After treatment， combined group had obviously lower itch score and secondary skin lesion score than the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of elderly simple skin pruritus， combination of compound glycyrrhizin and tacrolimus can eliminate or relieve the symptoms of itching， alleviate the suffering of patients， improve the quality of life of patients， and tacrolimus shows better effect in treating elderly simple skin pruritus.
