护生临床实习中存在安全问题及对策研究 　　[摘要] 本文通过了解护生实习中存在的主要安全问题，如交通、食品、财产、环境等人身安全问题，锐器、理化、生物等职业防护安全问题，医疗操作安全问题，从学生、实习医院、学校三方面分析了存在的安全问题根源，主要存在：学生专业思想不牢固、心理应对能力差、专业技能欠缺、缺乏沟通的技巧、安全知识和法律知识的缺乏、自我防护意识的缺失，实习医院安全教育及管理不到位、带教老师缺乏带教意识，学校安全管理欠缺、对职业防护教育不够重视等等。通过院校合作建立职业防护教育长效机制、建立科学有效的安全管理机制、全方位开展实习生安全教育、岗前培训等措施建立实习生意外伤害的预防机制，通过事前协议、事后协商、司法程序、保险护航等措施建立实习生意外伤害的处理机制，旨在减少和防止安全事故的发生。 　　[关键词] 临床实习；安全问题；对策 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（c）-0165-04 　　Safety problem and countermeasures study of nursing students in clinical practice 　　DENG Yi-zhi 　　Changsha Health Vocational College，Changsha 410100，China 　　[Abstract] This article through understanding the main safety problems existing in the practice of nursing students，personal safety likes traffic，food，property and environment；the security problems of occupational protection likes sharp apparatus，physical and chemical，biology and medical operation safety are included.The root of safety problems are analyzed from students，training hospital and school three aspects，which are mainly as follows：weak mind of students，poor coping ability，lacking of professional skills，lacking of communication skills，lacking of safety knowledge and legal knowledge，lacking of self-protection consciousness，training hospital safety education and management is not enough，lacks of teachers′ teaching consciousness，lacking of school safety management，and not enough attention to the occupational protection education.Establishing the long-term mechanism of occupational protective education by cooperation between colleges and universities，establishing scientific and effective mechanism of safety management，carrying out the intern safety education in omnibearing and pre-job training are used to build preventive mechanism of interns accident harm；Prior agreement，post negotiation，judicial process and insurance escort are used to establish mechanism for the interns accident treatment，which are designed to reduce and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
