掌侧锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折合并下尺桡关节脱位临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探究掌侧锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折合并下尺桡关节脱位的临床效果。方法 随机选取2013年2月―2015年4月间于该院接受治疗的50例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折合并下尺桡关节脱位患者为研究对象，依据选用钢板的不同将上述患者分为两组，采用普通钢板治疗的患者为对照组，纳入病患22例，采用掌侧锁定加压钢板治疗的患者为观察组，纳入病患28例。对比两组骨折愈合时间、治疗优良率、并发症发生几率等指标。 结果 观察组骨折愈合时间为（10.2±1.6）周、治疗优良率为96.4%、并发症发生几率为3.6%，均显著优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 掌侧锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折合并下尺桡关节脱位的临床效果理想，并发症发生几率低，术后康复速度快，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 锁定加压钢板；桡骨远端粉碎性骨折；尺桡关节脱位 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（c）-0090-02 　　Clinical Research on Volar Locking Compression Plate in Treatment of Distal Radial Comminuted Fractures Complicated with Distal Radioulnar Joint Dislocation 　　LIU Min 　　Department of Orthopedics， Taizhou Second Peoples Hospital， Taizhou， Jiangsu Province， 225500 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of volar locking compression plate in treatment of distal radial comminuted fractures complicated with distal radioulnar joint dislocation. Methods 50 cases of patients with distal radial comminuted fractures complicated with distal radioulnar joint dislocation treated in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 were randomly selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to the different plates， the control group （22 cases） were treated with common plate， the observation group （28 cases） were treated with volar locking compression plate， the fracture healing time， excellent and good rates of treatment and incidence rates of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The fracture healing time， excellent and good rate of treatment and incidence rate of complications in the observation group were respectively （10.2±1.6） weeks， 96.4% and 3.6%， which were obviously better than those in the control group， （P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of volar locking compression plate in treatment of distal radial comminuted fractures complicated with distal radioulnar joint dislocation is ideal with low incidence rate of complications and quick postoperative
