支气管肺炎临床护理路径在儿科优质护理中应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨支气管肺炎临床护理路径在儿童优质护理中的应用方法与价值。 方法 从本院2015年1月～2016年6月期间进行治疗的支气管肺炎患儿中选取100例，根据护理方式的不同将其分为观察组与对照组各50例，分别采用优质护理与常规护理开展护理工作，比较两组患儿护理后的依从性评分、护理满意度、护理人员换瓶次数、护理用时以及护理人员的护理胜任力评分。 结果 观察组患儿的治疗依从性评分、护理满意度高于对照组患儿，护理换瓶次数、护理用时少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。在护理人员胜任力评分方面，观察组护理人员的沟通合作、人际交流、健康有、评估干预、应急处理指标的评分都比对照组护理人员更高，表明护理胜任力更强，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 采用支气管肺炎临床护理路径为患儿提供优质护理，有重要的护理应用价值，保障治疗效果。 　　[关键词] 支气管肺炎；临床护理路径；儿科；优质护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.72 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）14-142-03 　　Application value of clinical nursing pathway of bronchial pneumonia in pediatric intensive care 　　SUN Xiaoli 　　Department of Pediatrics，Baiyun District First Peoples Hospital，Guangzhou 510410，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application and value of clinical nursing pathway in children with high quality nursing care. Methods 100 cases of bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected.According to the different nursing methods，they were divided into the observation group and control group with 50 cases in each.They were treated with high quality nursing and routine nursing care to carry out the work，respectively.The compliance，nursing satisfaction score the nursing staff，nursing care for the number of bottles and nursing staff competency score of the two groups were compared after nursing.
