新时期社区养老服务体系优化策略研究 　　摘 要： 养老是我国民生事业中的一项重要内容，我国素有敬老养老的传统美德，然而，随着人口老龄化程度的不断加深，迫切需要构建一套符合时代潮流的养老服务体系，这不仅是社会发展的需要，也是时代进步的必然要求，同时也是我国全面建成小康社会进程中的重要任务。习近平总书记在十九大报告中明确指出要积极应对人口老龄化，构建养老、孝老、敬老政策体系和社会环境。构建以居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为补充、医养相结合的养老服务体系是新时代下发展养老产业的重要模式。 　　关键词： 养老服务； 社区； 市场； 策略 　　中图分类号： D632.1 文献标识码： A DOI：10.13411/ki.sxsx.2018.02.005 　　Abstract： Pension is an important part of the livelihood of our country. Our country has the traditional virtue of respecting and supporting the elderly. However， with the deepening of the aging of the population in our country， it is urgent to build a set of old-age service system which is in line with the trend of the times， which is not only the need of social development， but also the necessary requirements of the progress of the times. It is also an important task for our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way. In his nineteenth CPC national congress major reports， general secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that we should actively respond to the aging of population and build up the policy system and social environment for supporting the elderly， filial piety and the old. Building an old-age service system based on home based， community based， institutional supplement and medical care is an important mode of developing the pension industry in the new era.
