新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征感染性肺炎患儿甲状腺激素水平变化及其与IL―6TNF―α相关性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、感染性肺炎患儿甲状腺激素、白介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的变化及其相关性。 方法 选取我院2013年1月～2015年11月接收的49例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿（窘迫组）、74例感染性肺炎患儿（肺炎组）及60例健康新生儿（健康对照组）为研究对象。采用电化学分析法及酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测三组甲状腺激素、IL-6、TNF-α水平，分析甲状腺激素与IL-6、TNF-α的相关性。 结果 窘迫组甲状腺激素及TNF-α水平低于健康对照组，IL-6水平高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），甲状腺激素水平与IL-6、TNF-α水平呈负相关（P0.05）。肺炎组甲状腺激素水平低于健康对照组，IL-6、TNF-α水平高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），甲状腺激素水平与IL-6、TNF-α水平呈负相关（P0.05）。结论 新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、感染性肺炎患儿存在甲状腺激素水平的改变，且其改变与IL-6、TNF-α密切相关，对评估患儿病情及预后有一定的临床价值。 　　[关键词] 新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征；感染性肺炎；甲状腺激素；白介素-6；肿瘤坏死因子-α 　　[中图分类号] R722.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）04（b）-0081-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the changes of thyroid hormone levels in children with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and infectious pneumonia and their correlation with IL-6 and TNF-α. Methods 49 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in children （distress group） and 74 patients with infectious pneumonia（pneumonia group） and 60 cases of healthy newborns（healthy control group） in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2015 were selected as the research objects.The levels of thyroid hormone，IL-6 and TNF-α were detected by electrochemical analysis and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.The correlation of thyroid hormone，IL-6，TNF-α were analyzed. Results The thyroid hormone and TNF-α levels in the distress group was lower than that in the healthy control group respectively，and IL-6 higher than that in the control group，the differences had the statistical significance（P0.05）.In addition，thyroid hormone was negatively related to IL-6，TNF-α（P0.05）.The thyroid hormone in the pneumonia group was lower than that of the healthy control group respectively，IL-6，TNF-α were higher than that of the healthy control group，with significant differences（P0.05）.The thyroid hormone was negatively related to the IL-6，TNF-α（P0.05）.
