文化建设在门诊感染控制与质量管理中应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨文化建设在门诊感染控制与质量管理中的作用。方法：选取100例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。其中对照组给予普通管理方法，观察组采用文化建设护理管理方法，1年后对两组患者感染率、死亡率、感染知识掌握程度、护理质量进行对比分析。结果：经过为期1年的文化建设护理管理，观察组患者的感染率为2.0%，对照组患者的感染率为24.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者就诊结束时对院内门诊感染相关知识了解程度均比就诊时显著上升，就诊结束时，观察组患者对院内门诊感染知识了解率显著高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者满意度及护理质量评分均明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在医院门诊感染控制中，加强文化建设护理管理有重要作用，加强各项规章制度的严格管理，使护理管理在控制医院门诊感染中达到最好的效果。 　　【关键词】 护理管理； 院内门诊感染； 控制 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the role of cultural construction in outpatients infection control and quality management.Method：100 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups，observation group and control group，50 cases in each group.Common management method was applied to the control group while cultural construction management style was applied to the observation group.1 year later，the two groups of infection rate，death rate，the degree of mastering infection knowledge，and nursing quality were compared and analyzed.Result：After 1 year cultural construction and nursing supervision，the infection rate of observation group was 2.0%，which was remarkably lower than the rate of control group 24.0%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Patients of two groups had a better understanding of hospital infection after seeing a doctor at the hospital，and the observation group had obvious better understanding than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The observation group satisfaction degree and nursing quality score were higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In terms of outpatients infection control，cultural construction is great importance.Managing rules and regulations more strictly will make nursing management achieve a better result in controlling outpatient infection. 　　【Key words】 Nursing management； Hospital infection； Control 　　First-author’s address：Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicinal University Second Affi
