文化建设对提升妇幼保健院满意度效果研究
【摘要】 目的:探讨文化建设对提升妇幼保健院满意度的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2012年1月-2013年5月收治的300例门诊患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间划分为A、B两组,A组为2013年3月在笔者所在医院进行文化建设前就诊的202例患者,B组为文化建设实行后入院就诊的98例患者。记录两组患者的挂号时间、候诊时间、缴费等待时间、有效就诊时间及非治疗时间等指标,分析两组患者就诊满意度情况。另采用分层抽样方法随机选取各科室医护人员共150例,对文化建设前后医护工作者满意度调查情况进行比较。结果:两组的有效就诊时间无明显差异(P0.05)。B组的挂号时间、候诊时间、缴费等待时间和非治疗时间均明显短于A组,就诊总满意率83.67%明显高于A组的54.95%,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。文化建设后的医护人员总满意率81.33%明显高于文化建设前的41.33%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:文化建设可有效提升妇幼保健院工作效率与质量,缩短患者非就诊时间,提升其满意度,易于医护人员与患者建立和谐友好的医患关系,构建有序温馨的就诊环境,具有较强的经济效益与社会效益,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of cultural construction on increasing satisfaction of maternal and child health hospital.Method:300 outpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to May 2013 were selected as the research objects,and according to the admission time they were divided into the group A and the group B,202 cases admitted in our hospital before conducting culture construction at March 2013 were regarded as the group A,98 cases admitted in our hospital after cultural construction were regarded as the group B.The registered time,waiting time,waiting time for payment,effective treatment time and non treatment time and other indicators of patients in two groups were recorded,then patients’ satisfaction between two groups was compared based on analysis.And 150 medical staff in each department were selected according to stratified sampling method,medical staff satisfaction survey before and after the cultural construction was compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in effective treatment time between the two groups(P0.05).The registered time,waiting time,waiting time for payment and non treatment time in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A,the overall satisfaction rate of patients in group B was 83.67%,it was significantly higher than 54.95% of group A,the overall satisfaction rate of doctors after
