新生儿出生健康状况相关因素研究 　　[摘要] 目的 本项目旨在以广州市黄埔区城镇化发展为背景，以黄埔区某社区卫生服务中心接受儿童保健的人群中选取研究对象，以健康状况不同的婴幼儿为定位目标，调查解婴幼儿出生时的健康状况及乳母基本情况，同时结合出生时的相关数据，对照分析不同乳母基本情况与新生儿出生时的健康状况等指标的相关性。 方法 以一定时期的0～1岁保健婴儿为研究对象，采用调查问卷的数据采集方式，结合不同时期婴幼儿的个人情况，通过运用epidata 及SPSS等统计软件进行数据的录入和相关性分析。 结果 出生情况相关性分析：出生身长与分娩孕期相关系数为0.217，与乳母身高值的相关系数为0.271，与怀孕期间增重量相关系数为0.295。 结论 婴儿出生身长与乳母分娩孕周和怀孕增重及身高有显著相关。 　　[关键词] 新生儿；出生情况；健康状况；相关性；妇幼保健 　　[中图分类号] R722.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）14-169-05 　　Research on the relative factors of neonatal health 　　JIANG Ping1 LI Ling2 　　1.The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University，Guangzhou 510700，China；2.The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University，Guangzhou 510700，China 　　[Abstract] Objective This project was aimed at huangpu district guangzhou city urbanization development as the background.The subjects were selected from a community health service center in Huangpu district.Infants with different health status were targeted.The basic situation of health at birth was investigated，infants and lactating women，at the same time，with the relevant data of birth control were also investigated，the basic indicators of different birth and neonatal nurse’s health etc. were compared and analyzed. Methods The infants aged 0-1 years old were studied，questionnaire was used to collect data of infants，combined with different periods of the baby’s personal situation，the EPI data and SPSS and other statistical software were used for data entry and correlation analysis. Results The correlation analysis of birth：birth length and pregnancy childbirth correlation coefficient was 0.217，and the nurse height value of correlation coefficient was 0.271，and weight gain during pregnancy correlation coefficient was 0.295.
