早期蓝光治疗极低出生体重儿黄疸临床疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 分析对极低出生体重儿黄疸使用早期蓝光治疗的方法及效果，以促进患儿黄疸早期消退。 方法 选择2010年1月～2012年12月我院收治的极低出生体重儿共109例作为临床研究对象，随机分为两组，两组患儿均给予常规的生命支持治疗。对照组在黄疸达到光疗指征后再进行蓝光照射治疗，实验组在发现黄疸后立即给予蓝光照射治疗，对比观察两组患儿蓝光消退的时间、住院时间等。 结果 经过统计学对比分析，实验组极低出生体重儿的蓝光消退更快，光疗时间段，黄疸高峰值低，住院时间短，与对照组患儿各项指标对比差异明显，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对极低出生体重儿黄疸给予早期的蓝光照射治疗，可以更好地促进患儿早期康复，缩短住院时间，为一种较好的治疗方法。 　　[关键词] 极低出生体重儿；早产儿；蓝光照射；黄疸 　　[中图分类号] R722.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）06-55-03 　　The observation of clinical efficacy of blue ray in early treatment of very low birth weight children with jaundice 　　YE Qingqing 　　Maternal and Child Medical Center of Guangzhou， Guangzhou 510180，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and investigate the methods and effects in early jaundice treatment of very low birth weight children with blue ray， in order to promote early jaundice subsided. Methods 109 cases of very low birth weight children in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as a clinical study object， who were randomly divided into two groups， the two groups both received conventional support treatment. The control group received blue light phototherapy treatment after reached jaundice indications， the experimental group received immediately blue light therapy when the discovery of jaundice， the blue ray fade time， hospitalization time between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The results were statistically analyzed and compared， faster blue ray fading， shorter phototherapy time， lower jaundice peak value， and shorter hospital stay in the experimental group compared with the control group with significant difference， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
