替比夫定与特异性免疫疗法联用治疗慢性乙肝疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨替比夫定与特异性免疫疗法联用治疗慢性乙肝的疗效。方法：选择2011年6月-2014年10月在本院就诊的慢性乙肝患者152例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组76例，对照组予以替比夫定治疗，试验组予以替比夫定联合特异性免疫疗法治疗，观察比较两组治疗后ALT复常率、HBV-DNA转阴率、HBeAg血清学转阴率及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗12周后，试验组ALT复常率高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗24周后，试验组的ALT复常率与HBV-DNA转阴率高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗48周后，试验组的ALT复常率、HBV-DNA转阴率以及HBeAg血清学转换率均明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用替比夫定与特异性免疫疗法联用对慢性乙型肝炎疗效确切，比单用替比夫定治疗效果更佳，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 替比夫定； 特异性免疫疗法； 慢性乙型病毒性肝炎 　　Therapeutic Effects Observation of Telbivudine Combined with Specific Immunotherapy in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B/REN Na.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（24）：026-028 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Telbivudine combined with anti-HBV specific active immunotherapy in patients with chronic hepatitis type B.Method：One hundred and fifty-two patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from June 2011 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups，seventy-six patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Telbivudine，while patients in the treatment group were treated with Telbivudine and anti-HBV specific active immunotherapy.The ALT recovery rate，HBV-DNA negative rate，HBeAg negative transformation rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After the patients were treated for 12 weeks，the ALT recovery rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After the patients were treated for 24 weeks，the ALT recovery rate and HBV-DNA negative rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After the patients were treated for 48 weeks，the ALT recovery rate，HBV-DNA negative rate and HBeAg negative transformation rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.
