曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗冠心病临床效果分析 　　摘要：目的 探究曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法 选取66例冠心病患者作为研究对象，并随机分为观察组和对照组。在常规治疗的基础上再给予对照组阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组则使用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗，比较两组的临床疗效，心绞痛发生次数和持续时间，血脂各指标变化及不良反应情况。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率（87.88%）明显优于对照组（66.67%）；观察组心绞痛每周发生次数、持续时间均少于对照组，血脂各指标的改善情况也优于对照组，两组以上指标差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 给予冠心病患者应用曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗的方式，能有效改善血脂指标，疗效显著，值得推广。 　　关键词：曲美他嗪；阿托伐他汀；冠心病；临床效果 　　Clinical Analysis of Trimetazidine Combined with Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease 　　ZHANG Ya 　　（Department of Medicine，Xuyong County Family Planning Service Station，Shuyong 646400，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the trimetazidine joint atorvastatin clinical effect for the treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods Select 66 cases of coronary heart disease patients as the research object，and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Again on the basis of conventional treatment to the control group，atorvastatin treatment group use the trimetazidine joint atorvastatin treatment，compared two groups of clinical curative effect of angina frequency and duration， blood lipid changes and adverse reactions of various indicators.Results Treatment group total effective rate （87.88%） was better than control group （66.67%）.Anginal happen every week，the duration of the observation group were less than the control group， the index of blood to improve the situation is better than control group，two groups of the above index differences are statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Trimetazidine for coronary heart disease （CHD） patients with atorvastatin treatment， can effectively improve blood lipid index，curative effect is distinct，and less adverse reaction， is safe and effective，is worth promoting. 　　Key words：Trimetazidine；Atorvastatin；Coronary heart disease； Clinical effect 　　冠心病又被称为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，是临床常见的慢性疾病[1]。多发于中老年群体，发病率和致死率均较高。随着人口老龄化进程的加快，老年人口数量不断增加，患冠心病的人口数量也不断上升，如何更好地控制和治疗冠心病成为临床研究的重要课题。分析冠心病的发病机理，主要是机体脂质代谢异常，使原本光滑的动脉内膜上附着有类似粥样的脂质，经过一段时间的堆积后形成白色斑块，进而引发动脉粥祥硬化
