根治性前列腺癌病理分期及pT2病理亚分期意义 　　[摘要] 目的 研究探讨根治性前列腺癌病理分期及pT2病理亚分期的意义，为前列腺癌的临床治疗提供更多的客观依据。 方法 方便选取2013年1月―2015年1月于该院诊治的50例根治性前列腺癌患者，对入选研究对象的病理标本进行形态学观察，依据2002/2010年TNM分期系统对病理标本进行病理分期，同时对pT2病理亚分期的患者进行电话跟踪随访，然后对结果进行数据统计学分析。结果 在术后病理分期中，pT2期有25例，pT3a期有15例，pT3b期有10例；其中在pT2期患者中，pT2a期占3例（12%），pT2b期占0例（0%），pT2c期占22例（88%）。在对pT2病理亚分期的患者进行电话跟踪随访后，pT2a期与pT2c期患者均存活，两组之间的存活率，其差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 根治性前列腺癌术后的病理分期能更加直接、真实的反映前列腺癌的状态，对患者的预后评估和判断更有价值和意义；同时pT2病理亚分期的分期依据并不十分完善，尚需要进一步优化改善。 　　[关键词] 根治性前列腺癌；病理分期；pT2病理亚分期 　　[中图分类号] R737.25 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（c）-0035-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the significance of pathological stage of radical prostate cancer and pathological sub-stage of pT2 and provide more objective basis for the clinical treatment of prostate cancer. Methods 50 cases of patients with radical prostate cancer diagnosed in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were convenient selected and the pathological specimens were given the morphological observation and pathological stage according to the 2002/2010 TNM stage system， and the patients with pathological sub-stage of pT2 were traced and followed up by telephone， and then the results were statistically analyzed. Results In the postoperative pathological stage， there were 25 cases during the pT2 stage， 15 cases during the pT3a stage and 10 cases during the pT3b stage， and of the patients during the pT2， there were 3 cases during the pT2a stage （12%）， 0 case during the pT2b period （0%）and 22 cases during the pT2c stage （88.0%）， and the follow-up results showed that the patients during the pT2a stage and pT2c stage were survival， and there was no obvious difference in the survival rate between the two groups， and the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The pathological stage after the radical prostate cancer can directly and truly reflect the state of prostate cancer， which is of more value and significance to the evaluation and determination of prognosis， at the same ti
