柔性管理在妇产科临床护理管理中作用 　　[摘要]目的 探究柔性管理在妇产科临床护理管理中的作用。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年1月我院妇产科收治的产妇280例，按入院时间的不同分为观察组（n=140）和对照组（n=140），对照组患者实施常规护理管理，观察组患者实施柔性管理，比较两组产妇不良事件发生率、护理差错率及投诉率、护理质量及满意度。结果 观察组产妇不良事件发生率（2.86%）低于对照组（13.57%）；护理差错率及投诉率（0.71%、0.00%）低于对照组（5.00%、2.86%）；护理质量及满意度[（92.4±6.1）、（9.4±0.5）分]高于对照组[（84.1±2.1）、（6.4±0.6）分]，差异均有统计学意（P0.05）。结论 在妇产科护理管理中应用柔性管理可以提高护理质量，减少感染、难产、新生儿窒息的发生率及差错率、投诉率，提高护理质量及满意度。 　　[关键词]柔性管理；妇产科；护理管理 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）05（b）-0179-03 　　Efficacy of flexible management in clinical nursing management in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics 　　YU Long-ying 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics，the People′s Hospital of Shangrao in Jiangxi Province，Shangrao 334000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy of flexible management in clinical nursing management in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics.Methods 280 puerperas in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in our hospital from Jaunuary 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group（n=140） and the control group（n=140） according to the different treatment time.The control group was implemented routine nursing management，while the experimental group was implemented flexible management.The incidence of adverse event，nursing error and complaint，nursing quality and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of adverse event，nursing error and complaint in the observation group （2.86%，0.71%，0.00%） were lower than those in the control group（13.57%，5.00%，2.86%）；the nursing quality [（92.4±6.1），（9.4±0.5） points] and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group [（84.1±2.1），（6.4±0.6） points]，and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of flexible management in the nursing management of Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology can reduce the incidence of infection，dystocia，neonatal asphyxia and nursing error and complaint and can improve the nursing quality and
