模块式护理在住院心肌梗死患者中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨模块式护理在住院心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2004年1月～2014年2月本院收治的120例心肌梗死患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。对照组采用心肌梗死常规心内科护理，观察组采用心肌梗死模块式护理，比较两组的并发症发生率、护理满意度、住院时间、住院费用等。 结果 观察组的静脉炎、腹胀便秘、失眠等并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的住院时间、住院费用显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 模块式护理在心肌梗死患者中的应用效果显著，能够降低并发症发生率，缩短住院时间，节省住院费用，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 模块式护理；腹胀便秘；护理满意度 　　[中图分类号] R542.2+2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）06（a）-0183-03 　　Application effect of modular nursing in hospitalized patients with myocardial infarction 　　LIANG Yan-fen1 LIN Zhen-yan1 LU Xiao-qi2 　　1.Department of Emergency，Daliang Hospital of Shunde District of Foshan City in Guangdong Province，Foshan 528300，China；2.Department of Cardiology，the First People′s Hospital of Shunde District of Foshan City in Guangdong Province，Foshan 528300，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of modular nursing in hospitalized patients with myocardial infarction.
