正常前列腺18F―FDG PETCT显像FDG摄取研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨正常前列腺18F-FDG PET/CT显像中的放射性摄取范围及其影响因素。 方法 回顾性分析2014年11月～2016年1月于北京医院因非前列腺疾病而行18F-FDG PET/CT全身显像的男性患者83例，年龄20～91岁，平均（60±18）岁。分析其PET/CT图像的影像学特征。采用感兴趣区（ROI）技术获得前列腺最大及平均FDG标准化摄取值（SUV）即SUVmax及SUVavg，并在最大横断层面测定前列腺直径。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件包对前列腺SUVmax、SUVavg与患者的年龄及前列腺大小行Pearson相关性分析。 结果 正常前列腺SUVmax平均值为2.3±0.4，SUVavg平均值为1.6±0.3，前列腺直径平均值为（4.4±0.7）cm。前列腺大小与年龄呈正相关关系（r=0.365，P 0.05）。 结论 正常前列腺体积随着年龄增长而增加，但其在18F-FDG PET/CT上的FDG摄取值并不受年龄及前列腺大小的影响。 　　[关键词] 前列腺；体层摄影术；发射型计算机；脱氧葡萄糖 　　[中图分类号] R445.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）06（a）-0102-04 　　The FDG uptake of the normal prostate gland with 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging 　　CHEN Wen ZHANG Jianfei LIU Xiuqin 　　Department of Nuclear Medicine， Beijing Hospital， Beijing 100730， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To determine the FDG uptake of the normal prostate gland with 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging and its influence factors. Methods The normal prostates in 83 men detected by 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in Beijing Hospital from November 2014 to January 2016 were analyzed retrospectively， aged 20-91， average of （60±18） years. Their PET/CT imaging characteristics were analyzed. ROI technology was used for getting the SUVmax and SUVavg， and the diameters of prostate gland were detected in the maximum shear plane. Correlations among the SUV， prostate size and age were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis with SPSS 17.0. Results The average of SUV maximum and mean was （2.3±0.4） and （1.6±0.3） respectively. The average of normal prostate gland size was （4.4±0.7） cm. There was positive correlation between prostate size and age （r=0.365， P 0.05）， the SUV （SUVmax and SUVavg） of the prostate gland was not significantly related with age also （P 0.05）.
