模式化护理对脑梗死患者肢体功能及生活能力影响研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨模式化护理对脑梗死患者的应用价值，进一步分析其对患者肢体功能及生活能力的影响。方法：选择本院收治的脑梗死患者110例为分析对象，按照随机数字表法分为护理组与对照组，各55例。对照组给予常规干预，护理组在此基础上加用模式化护理干预，比较两组生活质量、肢体功能改善情况、改良Barthel指数。结果：与对照组比较，护理组肢体功能改善的显效率、痊愈率及总有效率均较高，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；护理组卒中影响量表（SIS量表）各项评分均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；护理组改良Barthel指数显著高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：模式化护理能够积极促进脑梗死患者肢体功能的改善，提高生活能力，可作为优质的护理模式在临床推广与应用。 　　【关键词】 脑梗死； 模式化护理； 生活能力； 肢体功能 　　Study on Effect of Mode Nursing on Limb Function and Life Ability of Patients with Cerebral Infarction/LU Mei-ping.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（14）：071-074 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application value of model nursing care in patients with cerebral infarction，further analysis of the impact on limb function and life ability.Method：A total of 110 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were choosed as the analysis objects and were divided into the nursing group and the control group according to random number table method，55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention，and the nursing group was given the model nursing intervention.The quality of life，limb function and improved Barthel index of two groups were compared.Result：Compared with the control group in limb function，the effective rate，cure rate and total effective rate of the nursing group were higher，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.SIS scale scores of the nursing group were significantly higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The improved Barthel index of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Model based nursing can promote the improvement of limb function and living ability in patients with cerebral infarction，it can be used as a high quality nursing model in clinical promotion and application. 　　【Key words】 Cerebral infarction； Model nursing； Life ability； Limb function 　　First-author’s address：Shenwan Hospital of Zhongshan，Zhongshan 528
