浅析舒适护理对创伤骨科患者术后康复训练影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨舒适护理对创伤骨科患者术后康复训练的影响。方法 整群2015年4月―2016年4月该院创伤骨科收治患者84例作为研究对象，并随机分为对照组42例，采用常规护理方式对患者进行术后康复训练。研究组42例，采用舒适护理方式对患者进行术后康复训练，比较两种护理方式对患者术后康复训练后，患者疼痛程度以及患者术后（Barthel指数评分）和日常生活能力的比较。结果 研究组患者的极度疼痛为1例（2.4%）、重度疼痛2例（4.8%）均低于对照组极度疼痛7例（16.7%）、重度疼痛9例（21.4%），研究组患者的无疼痛情况14例（33.3%）高于对照组无疼痛情况5例（11.9%），且术后15、30 d的日常生活能力（49.7±2.1）分、（60.2±1.8）分均高于对照组（46.5±2.6）分、（58.7±1.9）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 创伤骨科患者应用舒适护理，能够减轻患者的疼痛，提高患者的日???生活能力，为患者术后的康复训练提供保障。 　　[?P键词] 舒适护理；创伤骨科；术后康复训练；影响 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）12（c）-0148-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of traumatic orthopedic patients. Methods Group selection from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital trauma department of orthopedics admitted 84 patients as the research object， and randomly divided into the control group of 42 cases， using routine nursing methods for patients with postoperative rehabilitation training. The study group of 42 cases， the comfortable nursing rehabilitation training for patients after surgery， comparison of two kinds of nursing methods on rehabilitation training of patients after surgery， and postoperative pain （Barthel score） and the ability of daily life.Results Study on extreme pain were 1 cases （2.4%）， 2 cases of severe pain （4.8%） were lower than the control group in extreme pain in 7 cases （16.7%）， 9 cases of severe pain （21.4%）， no pain in 14 cases （33.3%）of the study group were higher than and 5 patients without pain （11.9%） of the control group， and after 15 days， 30 daily life ability （49.7±2.1）points， （60.2±1.8）points were higher than the control group （46.5±2.6）points， （58.7±1.9）points， the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can relieve the pain and improve the daily living ability of traumatic orthopedic patients， so as to provide a guarantee for the patients rehabilitation. 　　[Key words] Comfort nursing； Traumatic orthopedics； Po
