正交试验优选山芪补肾消渴丸提取工艺研究 　　[摘要]目的 筛选山芪补肾消渴丸的最佳提取工艺条件。方法 采用正交试验法，以续断皂苷Ⅵ的提取率和总固体物收率作为考察指标，针对对提取影响较大的加水量、提取次数、提取时间三因素进行考察，从而确定一个较为合理的提取工艺，根据研究结果进行三批中试，验证提取工艺的可行性及产品质量的稳定性。结果 实验证明，正交试验优选出的最佳提取工艺条件是药材饮片加水煎煮提取2次，每次加8倍水，第1次提取2 h，第2次提取1.5 h。结论 山芪补肾消渴丸优选出的提取条件经稳定性验证是可行的，适合大批量生产。 　　[关键词]山芪补肾消渴丸；提取工艺；正交试验；川续断皂苷Ⅵ；总固体物收率 　　[中图分类号] R927 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（b）-0015-04 　　Research on optimizing the extraction technique of Shanqibushenxiaoke Pills using orthogonal experiments 　　CHEN Zhen-yao1 LIU Yan2 　　1.Drug Manufacturing Room，Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhaoqing City in Guangdong Province，Zhaoqing 526020，China；2.Department of Pharmacy，Zhaoqing Medical College，Guangdong，Zhaoqing 526020，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To optimize the extraction technique of Shanqibushenxiaoke Pills.Methods Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the extraction technique.The extraction rate of the Dipsacus saponin Ⅵ and the recovery rate of total solids were used as observation indexes.To determine a more reasonable extraction technique，three factors which had greater influence on the extraction，including the amount of water used，the number of repetitions of extraction，and the extraction time were studied.According to the results of the orthogonal experiments，three pilot scale trials were performed to verify the feasibility of the extraction technique and the consistency of the product quality.Results The experimental result proved that the optimized extraction technique determined by using the orthogonal experiments was as follows：the Chinese herbal pieces was decocted with water and extracted for 2 times，each time with 8 times of water，extracted 2 hours in the first times，extracted 1.5 hours in the second times.Conclusion The optimized extraction technique for the Shanqibushenxiaoke Pills was feasible and which was suitable for the large scale production. 　　[Key words]Shanqibushenxiaoke Pills；Extraction technique；Orthogonal experiment；Dipsacus saponin Ⅵ；Th
