正畸治疗牙周病所致前牙移位临床可行性分析 　　[摘要]目的：分析正畸修复治疗牙周病所致前牙移位的可行性。方法：取牙周病所致前牙移位患者60例作为本次研究对象，患者均接受正畸修复治疗，观察、比较患者治疗前后牙周袋深度、前牙间牙槽骨高度、前牙覆盖、前牙覆牙合、探诊出血率及中颌骨间和牙间的角度差值。结果：患者治疗前后的牙槽骨高度和颌凸角、下颌平面角、牙合平面角、Y轴角、下中切牙与下颌的平面角、中颌骨间和牙间的角度差值的比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；而治疗后的牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖、前牙覆牙合、探诊出血率以及面角、上下齿槽座角、上下中切牙夹角、上中切牙凸距等观察指标均治疗前改善，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：正畸治疗牙周病所致前牙移位，可内收前牙，矫正唇倾、下颌后缩，对改善和保持牙齿外表美观、恢复口腔正常生理功能、控制牙周炎有积极作用。 　　[关键词]牙周病；前牙移位；正畸治疗；可行性 　　[中图分类号]R783.5 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）18-0055-03 　　Clinical feasibility analysis of orthodontics treatment for the shift of the front teeth due to periodontal disease 　　NIE Jin-ping 　　（Department of Stomatology，Jiangxi Bayer Honggutan Oral Hospital，Nanchang 330003，Jiangxi，China） 　　Abstract： Objective To study the clinical feasibility analysis of orthodontics treatment for the shift of the front teeth due to periodontal disease. Methods Sixty cases of patients with anterior displacement due to periodontal disease were chosen for this study，all the patients received orthodontic treatment，compared the differences of periodontal pocket depth，alveolar bone height between the front teeth，the front teeth cover，front teeth overbite and bleeding on probing between the jaw and teeth in between before and after treatment in patients. Results There were no significant difference（P0.05）in height of alveolar bone and jaw lobe，mandibular plane angle，occlusal plane angle，Y axis angle，lower central incisor and mandibular plane angle，the angle of the jaw and teeth before and after treatment.After treatment，the indicators such as periodontal pocket depth，covering the front teeth，the front teeth overbite，bleeding on probing and face angle，seat angle up and down the gullet，the angle between the upper and lower central incisors，upper central incisor projection distance and so on improved significantly（P0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment of anterior displaced caused by periodontal disease can shrink anterior teeth，correct lips and tilt，retrude mandibular，and it has a positi
