浅谈等体温冲洗液对经皮肾镜碎石术患者体温以及失血量影响 　　[摘要]目的 探究等?w温冲洗液对经皮肾镜碎石术（PCNL）患者生命体征的影响。方法 将我院2016年1月～2017年1月收治的60例PCNL治疗患者，根据不同治疗方式分为对照组（等室温冲洗液术中灌注）与观察组（等体温冲洗液术中灌注）各30例，对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组手术20 min时[（36.75±0.45）℃]、30 min时[（36.46±0.46）℃]的温度水平，明显高于对照组[（36.11±0.22）℃、（35.94±0.33）℃]，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术中心率[（86.32±8.25）次/min]、平均动脉压[（92.35±5.69）mmHg]水平与术后心率[（83.01±5.36）次/min]、平均动脉压[（89.25±5.21） mmHg]水平，均明显低于对照组[术中：（96.24±11.20）次/min、（92.35±5.69）mmHg；术后：（99.36±9.24）次/min、（99.36±10.25）mmHg]，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组失血量[（39.62±9.68）ml]、不良反应发生率（13.34%），明显低于对照组[（64.21±21.36）ml、（43.33%）]，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采取等体温冲洗液术中灌注，不仅可改善愈后，同时安全性高，值得临床应用与推广。 　　[关键词]等体温冲洗液；经皮肾镜碎石术；体温；失血量 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（a）-0063-03 　　Brief discussion of influence of body temperature irrigation fluid on body temperature and blood loss in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy 　　HU Xian-mei 　　Operating Room，the People′s Hospital of Xinfeng County，Jiangxi Province，Xinfeng 341600，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the influence of body temperature irrigation fluid on vital signs in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.Methods 60 patients undergone percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected.According to different therapeutic methods，they were evenly divided into control group（irrigation by room temperature fluid） and observation group（irrigation by body temperature fluid）.The therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group，the temperature was （36.75±0.45）℃ 20 minutes at the beginning of the surgery and （36.46±0.46）℃ at 30 minutes of the surgery，which were much higher than those in the control group （36.11±0.22）℃ and （35.94±0.33）℃ at the 20 and 30 minutes at the beginning of the surgery，respectively.After inter-group comparison，there was a statistical difference（P 　　[Key words]Body temperature irrigation fluid；Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy；Body temperature；Blood loss volume 　　肾结石是一种常见泌尿系统疾病，
