清宫汤联合克林霉素磷酸酯片治疗对慢性盆腔炎疗效及复发影响 　　【摘要】 目的：观察清宫汤联合克林霉素磷酸酯片治疗对慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及复发的影响。方法：选择2013年10月-2014年8月在本院妇科门诊治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者76例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组，各38例。对照组给予克林霉素磷酸酯片治疗，治疗组在上述治疗的基础上给予清宫汤治疗，比较两组临床疗效及复发情况。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组，1、2年内复发率均明显低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：清宫汤联合克林霉素磷酸酯片治疗慢性盆腔炎，疗效确切，复发率低，安全性高，可广泛应用于临床。 　　【关键词】 慢性盆腔炎； 清宫汤； 克林霉素磷酸酯片； 疗效； 复发 　　Influence of Palace-Cleaning Decoction Combined with Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets on the Curative Effect and Recurrence of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease/LI Yan-lin.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（23）：095-097 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To observe the influence of Palace-Cleaning Decoction combined with Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets on the curative effect and recurrence of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Method：76 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the outpatient department of gynecology in our hospital from October 2013 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，38 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets，the treatment group was given the treatment of Palace-Cleaning Decoction combined with Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets.The curative effect and the situation of recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group，in one and two years after the treatment，the recurrence rate of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences above were all statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease，Palace-Cleaning Decoction combined with Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets has curative effect，low recurrence rate and high safety，it is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease； Palace-Cleaning Decoction； Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets； Curative effect； Recurrence 　　First-author’s addre
