瑞舒伐他汀对老年高血压患者血脂水平及PWV治疗分析 　　[摘要] 目的 通过研究评价瑞舒伐他汀对老年高血压并存脂代谢异常的患者血脂及脉搏波传导速度（pulse wave velocity，PWV）的治疗效果。 方法 从2014年6月―2016年5月该院门诊及住院方便收集112例老年轻中度高血压并存脂代谢异常的患者，将其随机分为研究组与对照组各56例，研究组采用瑞舒伐他汀内服治疗（10 mg qn），对照组采用辛伐他汀内服治疗（20 mg qn），最后对两组的血脂数值及脉搏波传导速度等指标展开对比。 结果 与对照组比较，研究组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C值分别为（3.90±0.86）、（2.02±0.65）、（2.52±0.46）、（1.25±0.28）mmol/L，好转更为明显，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；且研究组的baPWV及haPWV在治疗后各项值分别为（1 598±98）、（942±36）cm/s，与对照组相比较降低程度更大，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05），研究组不良反应发生率10.71%低于对照组，安全性较高（P0.05）。结论 瑞舒伐他汀对老年高血压并存脂代谢异常的患者调脂作用显著，同时也能更好的保护血管，延缓粥样硬化的进展，保护靶器官，值得在临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 瑞舒伐他汀；辛伐他汀；老年高血压；血脂；脉搏波传导速度 　　[中图分类号] R544 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（c）-0001-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to evaluate the effect of rosuvastatin on pulse and wave velocity （PWV） in elderly hypertensive patients with dyslipidemia. Methods 112 cases of old young hypertension moderate abnormal lipid metabolism from June 2014 to May 2016 in this hospital outpatient and inpatient were collected and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group， with 56 cases in each group， the study group using rosuvastatin treatment （10 mg qn）， the control group using simvastatin treatment（20 mg qn）， finally， the numerical and pulse wave velocity in two sets of blood lipids and other indicators of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group， after treatment， the TC， TG， LDL-C， HDL - C value were （3.90±0.86）， （2.02±0.65）， （2.52±0.46）， （1.25±0.28） mmol/L respectively， with apparent improvement tendency， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）； And the value of baPWV and haPWV after treatment was （1 598±98）， （942±36）cm/s respectively， the level decreased greater than that in the control group， so the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）， the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.71%， lower than the control group， with high security（P0.05）.
