激励法在骨科术后患者康复训练中应用 　　摘要：目的 探讨激励法在骨科术后患者康复训练中的作用。方法 将83例骨科术后患者随机分应用组42例和对照组41例，两组均按照常规进行康复训练，应用组在常规康复训练的过程中应用激励法进行训练，康复训练3个疗程(6w)后，对患者关节活动度、徒手肌力、巴氏指数、患者主动配合度和满意率提高的人数方面进行评估。结果 从两组患者的功能、配合度对比来看，应用组患者关节活动度、徒手肌力和巴氏指数提高人数明显增加，显著优于对照组（P＜0.05），而从配合度和满意率的人数对比来看，应用组同样有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 激励法的应用充分调动了患者主观能动性，增加了战胜疾患的信心，使康复训练更有效。 　　关键词：激励法；骨科；术后；康复训练；应用 　　Excitation Method is Used in the Training of Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients in the Department of Orthopedics 　　WANG Juan1,LI Feng-li2 　　(1.Rehabilitation Center,The Old Cadre Rehabilitation Hospital of Henan Province,Zhengzhou 450008,Henan,China;2.Provincial Center for Disease Control and prevention in Henan,Zhengzhou 450016,Henan,China) 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the motivation method in the role of orthopaedic patients with postoperative rehabilitation training.Methods 83 cases of orthopedic surgery patients randomly assigned application group 41 cases,42 cases and control group in the two groups were carried out in accordance with the conventional rehabilitation training,group in the process of conventional rehabilitation training application incentive method for training,rehabilitation training (6 weeks) after three treatment for the patient of motion,unarmed strength,degree of pap index,the patients cooperate actively and to assess the satisfaction to increase the number of ways.Results From the function of the two groups of patients,with contrast,application groups of motion,muscle strength and pap index was significantly increased with his hands,and significantly better than the control group(P0.05),and from the cooperation degree and satisfaction by contrast,the number of applications also have obvious difference(P0.05).Conclusion Incentive method of subjective initiative,fully mobilize the patients increased the confidence to overcome disease,and to make more effective rehabilitation training. 　　Key words：Excitation method; Department of Orthopedics; Postoperative rehabilitation training;Application
