The results show that the employment ecological compensation programs provide lower quality jobs， and weaken the initiative of participants to further broaden channels of employment， 　　while the land ecological compensation programs downsize agricultural production scale， and reduce the agricultural production activities of participants is reduced but the possibility of transfer employment of the participants is not increased significantly.
