神经介入疗法用于脑血管疾病治疗临床效果分析 　　[摘要]目的 分析神经介入疗法对脑血管疾病治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2010年1月～2016年1月我院诊治的200例脑血管疾病患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组，每组100例。对照组患者采取药物保守治疗，观察组患者采取神经介入疗法，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、满意度、并发症发生及复发情况。结果 观察组患者总有效率为92%，显著高于对照组的71%，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；观察组患者的满意度、并发症总发生率及复发率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 神经介入疗法应用于脑血管疾病治疗效果显著，患者满意度高，安全性高，并发症发生率及复发风险较低。 　　[关键词]神经介入疗法；脑血管疾病；满意度；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R743 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（a）-0041-03 　　Effect analysis of nerve interventional therapy in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease 　　XIONG Feng1 TANG Si-zhi1 LUO Wei2 　　1.Department of Neurology，Central Hospital of Zhuzhou City in Hunan Province，Zhuzhou 412000，China；2.Department of Neurosurgery，Central Hospital of Zhuzhou City in Hunan Province，Zhuzhou 412000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze clinical effects of nerve interventional therapy for cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 200 patients with cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were selected as study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method，100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with drugs conservative treatment，patients in the observation group were given nerve interventional therapy，Clinical treatment effects，satisfaction，complications and recurrence of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92%，significantly higher than 71% in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.01）；satisfaction，total incieeace rate of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Nerve interventional therapy in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease has significant effect，high satisfaction of patients，high safety，lower incidence rate of complications and risk of recurrence. 　　[Key words]Nerve interventional therapy；Cerebrovascular disease；Satisfa
