系统式家庭治疗与抑郁症复发关联研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨系统式家庭治疗与抑郁症患者复发率的关联性。 方法 将符合CCMD-3抑郁症断标准痊愈出院的69例女病人随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组在药物治疗的基础上对亲属进行系统式家庭治疗，1次/月，同时进行汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定。对照组单纯采用药物治疗，每月进行汉密顿量表评定。随访时间10个月。结果 研究组病人10个月的复发率为11%，明显低于对照组32%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.438，P=0.035）。依从率为94%，明显低于对照组74%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.545，P=0.019）。结论 对亲属进行系统式家庭治疗可显著改善抑郁症患者的抑郁症状，提高其生活质量，降低复发率。 　　[关键词] 亲属；系统式家庭治疗；抑郁症；复发 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（c）-0008-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the correlation between systemic family therapy and the recurrence of depression. Methods 69 cured and discharged females with depression meeting the CCMD-3 criteria were randomly divided into the research group and the control group. The research group were given medication， in addition， the relatives of the patients were given systemic family therapy once a month. The control group were given only medication. Both groups were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） once a month. And all the patients were followed up for 10 months. Results In the research group， the recurrence rate in 10 months was 11%， which was obviously lower than 32% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （χ2=4.438， P=0.035）. The compliance rate in the research group was 94%， which was significantly lower than 74% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （χ2=5.545， P=0.019）. Conclusion Systemic family therapy for the relatives of the patients with depression can significantly improve the depression symptoms and quality of life as well as reduce the recurrence rate in the patients. 　　[Key words] Relatives； Systemic family therapy； Depression； Recurrence 　　抑郁症常指的是情绪障碍，是一种以心境低落为主要特征的综合征。病因复杂且多，与遗传因素、环境因素和社会、心理因素可能相关[1]。国内调查发现， 抑郁症的复发率高达80%。所以，现在临床医生认识到能降低抑郁症的复发率也是我们工作的重点内容。家庭是个体成长和生活的重要基地，在临床实践中发现，不少抑郁症的致病因素来自家庭。因此，探讨对亲属进行系统式家庭治疗与抑郁症复发率的联系，该研究者进行了10个月的家庭随访，并进行了对照研究，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　2012 年 10月― 2013 年 10月共收集 69 例在该院精神科六区住院后获临床治愈出院的女病人。入组标准：①符合中国精神病疾病分类方案与诊断标准第3版（CCMD-3）抑郁症的诊断
